Chilli Mayo Made with Olive Oil, Free Range Whole Eggs & Australian Chillies

Made using the GOOD FAT Mayo as a base, this CHILLI MAYO  has the same great texture and flavour but with a kick of Australian Chilli and a hint of garlic. It also has the same entirely clean label with its main ingredients being Olive Oil, Free Range Eggs, Fresh Australian Chilli  and Australian Garlic

Ingredients: AOOA Certified 100% olive oil from Spain, Australian free range whole eggs, Australian extra virgin olive oil, Australian chilli, Water, Apple cider vinegar, Fresh lemon juice, Australian Garlic, Tapioca Starch, Mustard powder, Olsson’s 100% sea salt, Rosemary extract

Pair beautify with meats, fish, veggies and your favourite sandwiches.

Please note: As olive oil has a large droplet size, this  aioli may separate at extremely high and low temperatures. To re-emulsify simply stir rapidly or give it a shake.

Refrigerate after opening and consume within 2 months.
