Made using the GOOD FAT Mayo as a base our Aioli has the same great texture and flavour but with a kick of garlic! It also has the same entirely clean label making this a keto friendly aioli.
100% guilt free, with NO sugar, NO gluten, NO dairy, NO artificial colours, NO preservatives or additives and NO vegetable oils.
Ingredients: AOOA Certified 100% olive oil (50%), Australian free range whole eggs (20%), Australian extra virgin olive oil (9%), Australian garlic (6%), water, Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Tapioca starch, Mustard powder, salt, Rosemary extract

Please note: As olive oil has a large droplet size, this aioli may separate at extremely high and low temperatures. To re-emulsify simply stir rapidly or give it a shake.
